Lower Drum Lake

One day I was out scouting the Crest Mountain Trail for an upcoming hike I was planning and saw a perfect chance to try my new polarizing filter.  The lower end of Drum Lake was lit up nicely but the sky and clouds were a little washed out.  I decided to put on my polarizer and enhance the colors of the sky along with the vegetation along the lakes shoreline. The photo turned out nicely and has sold many times to tourists who come to Strathcona Park and visit the Crest Mountain Trail.
