Big Den Rest Area Beach

One morning while I was patrolling the highway into Gold River for as per my job, I stopped at the Big Den Rest Area to do some maintainence as required for our contract.  I noticed the fog had yet to fully lift off of Upper Campbell Lake beside the rest area.

After doing my job, I decided to take my tripod down to the lake's edge and shoot some photos of the fog as it was lifting.  The scene was truly amazing and a wonder of nature to be sure.

This is the result of my efforts and always draws comments from those who see it.
